This essence is useful for those who live a lot in thought and are easily detached from their body. The hands and feet are cold, the body without vitality and one can suffer from hypoglycemia. Very often the cause lies in trauma suffered in early childhood, or due to a tension in the family environment for which the person has voluntarily suspended contact with his own body and sensations. Rosemary gives these people the ability to live fully in the physical body and to develop contact between the higher self and the body.

Doses
Fill a 30 ml dropper bottle with water 3/4 of the volume, and 1/4 of the volume with brandy, which serves as a preservative. Add 2 to 4 drops of each flower essence chosen from the stock bottle. Before taking, shake gently to keep the essences in a more powerful and energized vibrational state. Take four drops under the tongue four times a day. Increase or decrease your intake according to your personal sensitivity to flower essences. Keep away from electromagnetic sources, TV, cell phones, computers .. Use with people sensitive to alcohol: - two to four drops mixed in a large glass of water or fruit juice - in a 30 ml dropper bottle as indicated above, replacing the brandy with 1/3 or 1/2 of vegetable glycerin, to preserve the dilution
