Rosidal TCS

Medical device Class I.
Two-component compression system consisting of:
• compressive padding bandage consisting of a double-coupled layer formed by a polyurethane foam padding band and a layer of polyamide and cotton fabric in contact with the skin;
• latex-free cohesive compression bandage, composition in polyamide, polyurethane and cotton, coated in synthetic latex and with paper spool.
The foam bandage is open-pored, light and elastic. The material is impermeable to air and water vapor and has excellent extensibility.
The latex-free fixation bandage is cohesive and elastic with 70% extensibility. The cohesive qualities of the bandage allow the bandage to adhere to themselves, not to the skin, hair or clothing, preventing them from slipping.
Rosidal TCS can be steam sterilized according to DIN EN ISO 17665-1 or with ethylene oxide according to DIN EN ISO11135-1 if required. In the cohesive compression bandage, steam sterilization increases the resistance to unwinding and reduces its elasticity.
Rosidal TCS is used in the therapies of Ulcus Cruris, in its complications as well as in the treatment of chronic venous edema.
