Food supplement of fermented red rice, milk thistle with chromium indicated to provide an additional supply of these nutrients in case of deficiencies or increased needs. Milk thistle promotes carbohydrate metabolism, liver function and the body's purifying functions. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.

How to use

One capsule per day. To be swallowed without chewing or opening and to be taken preferably in the evening after dinner.
