Reduces the time required to fall asleep: this beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin, just before bedtime.
Relieves the effects of jet-lag: this beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of at least 0.5 mg of melatonin, just before bedtime, on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.

How to use
