For an appropriate use, contact medical and / or specialist personnel to choose the model, correct size, method and time of use.

Wearing

Each pack contains two insoles (1 right + 1 left)

Make sure you have chosen the correct size number.

Place the right insole in the right shoe and the left in the left shoe (R = right - L = left)

Do not use a single insole as it could create imbalances

Washing instructions

Clean with a damp cloth

Dry away from heat sources

Once well dried, lightly spray some non-perfumed neutral talcum powder.
