Aluneb® iper is a 3% hypertonic saline solution to be nebulized by aerosol, nasal shower and MAD Nasal, based on high molecular weight hyaluronic acid and Xylitol with decongestant and fluidifying action on the nasal mucosa. Particularly suitable for cleaning the nasal cavities especially in case of colds, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis and all states of congestion of the nasal mucosa. For aerosol therapy.

Nebulized hyaluronic acid hydrates and facilitates the removal of mucus and allergens from the upper respiratory tract. It can be useful in assisting the regulation of mucociliary clearance by alleviating all those symptoms linked to inflammatory, allergenic and environmental factors.

MAD Nasal is a needle-free medical device for the nebulization of topical solutions via the nose. It allows to carry out topical treatments of the nasal and sinus cavities, and allows the rapid administration of the Aluneb® solution by nebulization in particles with a size of 30-100 microns in diameter, ideal for the therapy of the upper airways. MAD Nasal is a device used in pre-hospital and emergency rooms for the administration of anesthetics, anticonvulsants and painkillers intranasally. Thanks to its soft conical adapter it guarantees the seal on the nostril and fits ergonomically to the nostrils of adults and children. The malleable tube allows 180 ° positioning of the conical adapter.

Indications:

• It frees the nose from mucus favoring the elimination of excessive nasal secretions.

• Nasopharyngeal affections characterized by congestion and alteration of the blood clerance.

• Hydrates the respiratory tract and stimulates blood clarity.

• Facilitates the breathing, feeding and sleep of infants.

• In aerosol therapy it can be used to dilute drugs.

Composition : Hypertonic solution, high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, xylitol, sea water.

How to use:

- Children from 1 year and Adults : spray 1-2 vials 2-3 times a day with a preumatic nebulizer and traditional ampoule.

- Infants under 1 year of age : instill a few drops in the nostrils before feeding or before sleeping.

For MAD Nasal ™ and Nasal Douche:

• Children from 1 year: 1-2 washes per nostril, 1-2 times a day.

• Adults: 2-4 washes per nostril, 2-3 times a day.

1. Wash your hands before and after using the medical device.

2. Flex the single-dose vial in both directions and detach it from the strip to which it is soldered.

3. Open the single-dose vial by turning the flap.

4. Pour the contents of the vial into the ampoule of the nebulizer or the syringe of the MAD Nasal according to the instructions for use of the MAD Nasal.

Frequency of use : the duration of use depends on the evolution of symptoms. If necessary it can be administered, through the nasal douche or MAD Nasal for an extended period.
