Aluneb® iper is a 3% hypertonic saline solution to be nebulized by aerosol and nasal shower, based on high molecular weight hyaluronic acid and Xylitol with decongestant and fluidifying action on the nasal mucosa. Particularly suitable for cleaning the nasal cavities, especially in case of colds, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis and all states of congestion of the nasal mucosa. For aerosol therapy.

Nebulized hyaluronic acid hydrates and facilitates the removal of mucus and allergens from the upper respiratory tract. It can be useful in assisting the regulation of mucociliary clearance by alleviating all those symptoms linked to inflammatory, allergenic and environmental factors.

Product specific indications

Composition of aluneb iper vials

Hypertonic solution, high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, xylitol, sea water.

How is aluneb iper vials applied?

Children from 1 year and Adults : spray 1-2 vials 2-3 times a day with a preumatic nebulizer and traditional ampoule.

For nasal douche:

• Children from 1 year of age: 1-2 washes per nostril, 1-2 times a day.

• Adults: 2-4 washes per nostril, 2-3 times a day.

Infants under 1 year of age : instill a few drops in the nostrils before feeding or before sleeping.

1. Wash your hands before and after using the medical device.

2. Flex the single-dose vial in both directions and detach it from the strip to which it is soldered.

3. Open the single-dose vial by turning the flap.

4. Pour the contents of the vial into the nebulizer ampoule.

Do not use ultrasound equipment.

Frequency of use : the duration of use depends on the evolution of symptoms. If necessary, it can be administered through the nasal douche, for a prolonged period.
