Aluneb® is a solution to be nebulized by aerosol, nasal shower and MAD Nasal based on high molecular weight hyaluronic acid and Xylitol, indicated for restoring and maintaining the physiological conditions of the rhino-or-pharyngeal mucosa.

Nebulized hyaluronic acid hydrates and facilitates the removal of mucus and allergens from the upper respiratory tract. It can be useful in assisting the regulation of mucociliary clearance by alleviating all those symptoms related to inflammatory, allergenic and environmental factors.

MAD Nasal is a needle-free medical device for the nebulization of topical solutions via the nose. It allows to carry out topical treatments of the nasal and sinus cavities, and allows the rapid administration of the Aluneb® solution by nebulization in particles with a size of 30-100 microns in diameter, ideal for the therapy of the upper airways. MAD Nasal is a device used, in pre-hospital and emergency rooms, for the administration of anesthetics, anticonvulsants and painkillers intranasally. Thanks to its soft conical adapter it guarantees the seal on the nostril and fits ergonomically to the nostrils of adults and children. The malleable tube allows 180 ° positioning of the conical adapter.

Therapeutic indications of aluneb 15 vials

• Adjuvant in the treatment of tonsillitis, laryngitis, pharyngitis, rhinitis, sinusitis.

• Useful in case of hoarseness, inflammation of the vocal cords with and without

dysphonia and cough of an irritative nature.

• In flu or cold syndromes.

• In the after-effects of ENT surgery.

• Outcomes of extraesophageal manifestations of gastric reflux affecting the

upper respiratory tract (dysphagia, laryngitis, chronic pharyngitis, aphonia, cough

angry).

Dose and method of use of aluneb 15 ampoules

• Children up to 6 years of age: one single-dose vial per session once a day.

• Children over 6 years of age and adults: one single-dose vial persed 2 times a day.

1. Wash your hands before and after using the medical device.

2. Flex the single-dose vial in both directions and detach it from the strip to which it is soldered.

3. Open the single-dose vial by turning the flap.

4. Pour the contents of the vial into the ampoule of the nebulizer or syringe of the MAD Nasal as per the instructions for use of the MAD Nasal.

Do not use ultrasound equipment.

Frequency of use : the duration of use depends on the evolution of symptoms. If necessary it can be administered, through the nasal douche or the MAD Nasal for an extended period.
