Thermosensitive mousse with keratolytic activity containing 2% Salicylic Acid as the only active component.

The innovative Delivery Technology in Thermosensitive Mousse, optimizes the diffusion of the substance and allows to obtain optimal results in a short time and at low dosages. Salax® Mousse works by facilitating the removal, by desquamation, of the superficial skin cells; it can therefore be used successfully to remove excess horny scales in skin areas affected by localized hyperkeratosis.

Applied regularly, it progressively reduces the thickness of the stratum corneum. In dermatology, in the treatment of impure acne-prone skin, Salicylic Acid has been used for many years to reduce the presence of the horny plug that leads to the development of comedones (white and blackheads); the technology of the Thermosensitive Mousse allows to obtain a more rapid and deep purifying effect (exfoliation at the level of the infundibulum), which manifests itself with an evident reduction in the number of comedones present on the skin and with a progressive normalization of sebum secretion.

Method of use

Shake the can before use and dispense the product on the palm of the hand keeping the can upside down. Salax® Mousse is normally applied twice a day, morning and evening, massaging lightly until completely absorbed (about 2-3 minutes).

Avoid contact with eyes; if necessary, rinse with water.
