Zinc is a mineral that contributes to normal cognitive function, aiding normal fertility, reproduction and maintenance of bones, hair and skin, in association with Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism. Potassium contributes to the physiological functioning of the nervous system.
METHOD OF USE
We recommend taking one sachet a day, between meals, dissolved in a glass of water.
