The nutrients contained in Salus B complex are already dissolved and therefore are rapidly absorbed by the digestive system.
Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 and niacin contribute to normal energy metabolism.

How to use
Shake the bottle well before use.
Use the measuring cup provided.
Adults and children from 12 years : 20 ml per day.
Children 7-12 years : 10 ml per day.
Children 3-6 years : 5 ml per day.
