Too drastic a cleansing action can lead to an alteration of the natural skin barrier and a shift of its pH beyond the physiological limits. The SAME DERM pH 4 non-alkaline liquid soap performs an effective cleansing and deodorant action, without having to resort to the indiscriminate use of real bactericidal medicaments. It acts without compromising the epidermal acid balance, facilitating its return to normal if it is altered.
