• S-adenosyl-L-methionine (SAMe) is a natural substance produced by our body starting from methionine, an essential amino acid that we take with our diet, and a molecule called ATP.
• Melatonin, a natural hormone produced by our body, is involved in the regulation of the sleep-wake cycle and contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep *.

The formulation of the product employs a modified release technology, which allows a prolonged release of the active components over time.

Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel), mannitol; S-Adenosyl L-Methionine Disulfate p-Toluenesulfonate; Fatty acids; Anti-caking agents: magnesium oxide, silicon dioxide, talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids, polyvinylpyrrolidone, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; Coating agents: hydroxypropylcellulose, ethylcellulose, carnauba wax; Dyes: titanium dioxide, E 133; Melatonin; Stabilizer: glycerol.

Nutritional values

How to use

We recommend taking 1-2 tablets a day, in the evening, preferably before dinner. Swallow the tablets with a drink of water.
The product should be taken in the evening to achieve better absorption and a gradual release of the active components during the night.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
