How to use
We recommend taking only 1 tablet a day, in the evening before going to sleep.
To fully exploit the benefits of the product and help the intestine to regain its correct motility, it is advisable to drink a lot of water and favor the consumption of fruit and vegetables, avoiding those foods that can irritate or hinder intestinal transit.
