Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, vitamin B6 and plant extracts of aescolzia, hops, passionflower, lemon balm and jujube.
Melatonin, taken at a dose of 1 mg shortly before bedtime, exerts its beneficial effect by contributing to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep.
The extracts of hops, hops and passionflower help to relax the body, promoting sleep in case of stress.
Lemon balm and jujube promote relaxation and mental well-being.
Finally, vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Instructions for use
1 tablet per day, taken with a glass of water, in the evening just before going to sleep.
