Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, whose intake at a dose of 1 mg shortly before bedtime, contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep. The extracts of lemon balm and passionflower promote relaxation and in particular lapassiflora is useful for falling asleep in case of stress. Vitamin B6, on the other hand, contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Instructions for use
We recommend taking 1 gummy tablet a day, in the evening just before going to sleep.
