Description

Supplement based on Passionflower, Hawthorn, Linden, Ashwagandha, Poppy and Niacin known to promote relaxation, mental well-being, normal functioning of the nervous system and to reduce fatigue. The formulation is also enriched with Melatonin recognized as a regulating and sleep-promoting compound.

Seroplant is a food supplement based on Passionflower, Hawthorn, Linden, Ashwagandha, Poppy, Niacin and Melatonin.

Characteristics

Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep. This effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of Melatonin just before bedtime. It also helps relieve the subjective symptoms of jet lag. This effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of Melatonin, just before bedtime, on the first day of travel and a few days after arrival at the destination. Niacin contributes to normal psychological function and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Hawthorn (Crataegus oxycantha) promotes relaxation and mental well-being. Linden (Tilia platyphyllos and / or Tilia cordata) promotes relaxation and facilitates sleep in case of stress. The Red Poppy (Papaver Rhoeas) counteracts the localized states of tension. Withania Somnifera (Ashwagandha) is a plant with a tonic-adaptogenic action. It acts as a tonic in case of physical and / or mental fatigue. Promotes relaxation and mental well-being. Passionflower (Passiflora Incarnata L.) promotes relaxation and facilitates sleep in case of stress, as well as promoting mental well-being.

How to use

It is suggested to take 1 tablet per day.
