SANOR Reposa Alta Natura - Food Supplement

Food supplement that assists the physiological night rest and can be useful in periods of intense work.

  • Valerian: It has a sedative and sleep-promoting action. The phytocomplex increases the sedative action of melatonin on the Central Nervous System. This effect is due to the ability to increase GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) levels.
  • Escolzia: Acts at the level of the Central Nervous System, promoting sleep but without causing drowsiness upon awakening as the effect does not exceed 6-7 hours.
  • Linden and Lemon Balm: Sedative action on the brain, useful in anxious subjects. The phytocomplex binds to benzodiazepine receptors in the brain.
