Active principles:

Triterpenes (taratol, taraxerol, beta amirine, armidiol), sterols (stigmasterol, beta sitosterol), lactone sesquiterpenes (taraxacoside, germacranolide, tetrahydroridentin B), carotenoids (lutein, violaxanthin, tarassicin, flavoxanthin, phenolic acid, cryptoxanthin) -hydroxyphenylacetic), amino acids, inulin, pectins, choline, vitamins (A, B1, B2, C).

Internal use (hydroalcoholic solution)

Dandelion is a general purifier and has general tonic, eupeptic, choleretic, cholagogue, laxative, diuretic, cholesterol-lowering and hypoglycemic properties.

Indications : Cholecystitis, hepatocholecystopathies, constipation, biliary lithiasis, rheumatism, acne, cellulite, edema, hypercholesterolemia, obesity due to water retention, hyperuricemia, diabetes, anorexia.

Dosage : 50 drops in a little water three times a day before or between meals.

Herbal tea

3% infusion left in boiling water for 10-15 minutes.
