Sarchio Chickpea Flour - Gluten Free
The chickpea ( Cicer arietinum L. ) is an ancient legume, mainly used in the dry state. Sarchio chickpea flour is obtained by simply crushing the shelled seeds of chickpeas.
With its characteristic straw color, it can be used in the kitchen for various uses. Excellent mixed with other flours for the preparation of baked goods, both sweet and savory, biscuits, cakes and bread.
