Organic Gluten Free Product

Sarchio corn chips are the organic interpretation of the traditional tortilla chips recipe, which involves the use of only whole sun-dried corn kernels.
The grains are cooked, peeled, stretched into a thin sheet and cut into small thin and crunchy triangles. Furthermore, Sarchio uses only sunflower oil for cooking. Thanks to this slow processing process, the authentic and intense flavor of the corn is preserved, making the snack delicious and ideal to be enjoyed on its own or accompanied by a tomato sauce for an aperitif in company.
