Ingredients
Water, corn starch, rice starch, wholemeal flours 8% (sorghum, buckwheat, rice), sourdough 7.5% (rice flour, water); thickeners: cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; vegetable fiber (psyllium, chicory inulin), millet flour, rice syrup, quinoa flour, yeast 1.7%, soy protein, olive oil, sunflower seed oil, iodized salt (salt, potassium iodide ), honey.

May contain traces of mustard .
Gluten and lactose free.
