How to use
Before use, make sure that the product fits well in the shoe. If necessary, remove the existing insole. The back end of the orthotic should touch the back of the shoe and, if necessary, trim the end to the desired size, following the guidelines on the product.
For some people, it may take some time for orthotics to feel comfortable. Your feet need to get used to the structural properties of the arch support, so gradual adaptation may be necessary. If necessary, gradually increase the number of hours of daily use of the In-Balance Pain Relief insoles, until they are worn all day.
