Scholl's In Balance Everyday Pain Relief Knee-to-Heel insoles help relieve pain in the knees, sore legs and heels caused by overshot inward rotation of the foot while walking or running.
They help absorb the shocks that radiate from the lower part of the body. The heel support, together with the arch support structure, reduces the tension on the lower limbs, helping to relieve knee pain.

How to use
Before use check that the product fits well in the shoe. The tip of the plantar should be at the base of the toes; this way the footbed may not touch the back of the shoe.
For some people, Pain Relief orthotics may take some time to feel comfortable. The feet need to get used to the structural properties of the insole, so a period of interruption from use may be useful.
If necessary, gradually increase the number of hours of daily use until you can wear them all day.
