SEAWEED SEA SPAGHETTI - Gluten Free

A complete line of certified organic seaweed hand-harvested in Europe and dried at low temperatures. All references are guaranteed gluten-free. Sea spaghetti (Himantalia elongata) is a brown seaweed, harvested by hand and dried at low temperature (within 38C°). Meaty consistency and slightly sweet flavour, its shape resembles that of spaghetti, from which it takes its name. It should be rehydrated and cooked for 10 minutes as a side dish to second courses or added as an ingredient in the cooking of: soups, stews, croquettes, omelettes, pasta, rice, couscous.

The white patina that can form on algae is a completely natural phenomenon due to the presence of naturally occurring salts. Rehydrated and cooked for 10 minutes: as a side dish for second courses. Rehydrated and added as an ingredient in the cooking of: soups, stews, croquettes, omelettes, pasta, rice, couscous. Rehydration: 1) Soak in water for 20 minutes. 2) Drain and eliminate excess water. 3) Soak in clean water for 20 minutes. 4) Drain and eliminate excess water. 5) The weight of the seaweed increases 10 times.
