Food supplement based on melatonin, plant extracts of lavender and passiflora and vitamin B6.
The outer capsule contains lavender which promotes relaxation and sleep.
The internal capsule contains melatonin, which helps to reduce the time required for falling asleep*, and passion flower which contributes to relaxation and promotes the quality of sleep.
* To reduce the time required to fall asleep, the beneficial effects are obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
Ingredients
Safflower oil (Carthamus tinctorium L.), passion flower extract (Passiflora incarnata L., aerial parts), fish gelatin, lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia Mill., aetheroleum); coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (E464); dipyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); gelling agent: gellan gum (E418); melatonin; coloring: complex of chlorophyllins with copper (E141).

How to use
Oral use. 1 "2 in 1" capsule per day, one hour before bedtime.
