Based on dry extracts of passion flower, valerian, lemon balm, hawthorn and melatonin.
Passionflower and valerian promote relaxation and sleep.
Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep and alleviate the effects of jet lag. For the reduction of the time required to fall asleep, the beneficial effects are obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime. To alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.
