Description
Food supplement based on dry extracts of passion flower, valerian, lemon balm, hawthorn and melatonin.
Passionflower and valerian promote relaxation and sleep. Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep and relieve the effects of jet lag. For the reduction of the time required to fall asleep, the beneficial effects are obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before going to bed.
To alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.
Ingredients
Coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium carbonate (E170), starch and sodium octenylsuccinate (E1450), carrageenan (E407), potassium acetate (E261); valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) dry extract (titrated min 0.42% in valerenic acids), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) dry extract (min. 2% titrated in rosmarinic acid), hawthorn (Crataegus oxycantha Medicus, flowers and leaves) dry extract (min. 1.5% titrated in vitexin-2-rhamnoside ), passion flower (Passiflora incarnata L., herb with flowers) dry extract (titrated min, 4% in total flavonoids expressed as invitexin); bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate; anti-caking agents: disilicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; flavouring, melatonin.
