SEDATOL NOTTE EG® - Gluten and Lactose Free Food Supplement

Based on dry extracts of passion flower, valerian, lemon balm, hawthorn and melatonin.
Passionflower and valerian promote relaxation and sleep.
Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep and alleviate the effects of jet lag. For the reduction of the time required to fall asleep, the beneficial effects are obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime. To alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.

Edible gelatin, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) dry extract (titrated min.0.42% in valerenic acids), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) dry extract (titrated min.2% in rosmarinic acid), biancopsino (Crataegus oxyacanthaMedicus., Flowers and leaves) dry extract (titrated min.1.5% in vitexina-2-ramnoside), passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L., grass with flowers) dry extract (titrated min.4% in total flavonoids expressed in vitexin); bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin; dye: E171.
