The formulation of Sedatol RELAX is designed to promote relaxation and sleep thanks to the presence of passionflower, linden and chamomile.
Lemon balm is useful for promoting relaxation and mental well-being as well as for supporting normal mood.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep and helps to alleviate the effects of jet lag. For the reduction of the time required to fall asleep, the beneficial effects are obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime. To alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.
