Food supplement formulated with ingredients that are useful when their intake in the diet is reduced or absent.
Valerian and escholzia are indicated for sleep disorders resulting from stress and for mental relaxation.
Withania somnifera is indicated for relaxation and mental and cometonic well-being (physical and mental tiredness).
Saffron is indicated for mood relief.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function.
Melatonin contributes to reducing the time needed to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before falling asleep) and alleviating the effects of jet lag (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 0, 5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination.
The molecular complex of GABA, adenosine, glycine and tryptophan complete the SEDAZEPAM formula, enriching it.

Instructions for use
We recommend taking 1 or 2 tablets a day, to be swallowed with water 30-60 minutes before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children until the age of 12. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The use of the product is not recommended in the following conditions: in the two weeks before surgery and in pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Patients taking medications should consult their doctor beforehand.
