Sedipram 5® is a food supplement that promotes harmony and balance of mood and good rest.
Vitamin B6 supplement with Griffonia simplicifolia (titrated in 5-Hydroxy-Tryptophan), Valerian, Lemon balm and Rhodiola. Vitamin B6 promotes the normal functions of the nervous system. Grifonia (titrated in 5-Hydroxy-Tryptophan) is useful for promoting relaxation and Rhodiola promotes normal mood. Valerian and Melissa are useful for promoting sleep.

How to use
To help relaxation we recommend taking 10-20 drops during the day.To promote restful sleep: 20 drops in the evening. Dissolve the drops in water.
