SEDIPRAM 5® MONTEFARMACO - FOOD SUPPLEMENT
Sedipram 5® is a food supplement that promotes harmony and balance of mood and good rest.
Vitamin B6 supplement with Griffonia simplicifolia (titrated in 5-Hydroxy-Tryptophan), Valerian, Lemon balm and Rhodiola. Vitamin B6 promotes the normal functions of the nervous system. Grifonia (titrated in 5-Hydroxy-Tryptophan) is useful for promoting relaxation and Rhodiola promotes normal mood. Valerian and Melissa are useful for promoting sleep.

How to use
To help relaxation, we recommend taking 1 or 2 tablets during the day.
To promote sleep at night: 2 tablets in the evening.
