Furthermore, the product can also be taken during the day to promote relaxation, thanks to the synergy of all the plants present and the reduction of tension, restlessness and irritability, thanks to the lemon balm.

Being relaxed during the day helps to prepare the body for nighttime rest.

The extracts contained in the product are obtained through an exclusive technological extraction process, called LPME (Liquid-Phase Microextraction), developed by Aboca research.

How to use

It is recommended to take

2 to 4 ml in the evening to facilitate sleep and improve its quality;

If necessary, 1 ml in the morning to promote relaxation throughout the day.

The product must be diluted in a little water. Since the effect may vary according to individual sensitivity, it is recommended to start with the minimum daily dose, increasing it as needed. Shake before using.
