How to use
Use a heaped teaspoon of product per cup, add boiling water without pouring it directly onto the leaves and infuse for 2-3 minutes, taking care to keep the container covered so as not to disperse the more volatile and aromatic substances. It is recommended to consume 2-4 cups a day, both after meals and on an empty stomach. To sweeten it is recommended to use honey.
