Senna herbal tea with beneficial properties.

Ingredients
Senna (Senna alexandrina Mill.) leaves 45%, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fruits, frangula (Frangula alnus Mill.) bark, mallow (Malva sylvestris L.) leaves, chamomile (Matricaria recutita L.) flowers.

How to use
Bring 150 ml of water (1 cup) to a boil. Add 2 g of herbal tea (about 2 teaspoons) and mix well. Cover the container to avoid dispersing the more volatile substances.
Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes and then turn off the stove. Leave to infuse for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, and then filter. Add, if desired, sugar or honey.
We recommend 1 cup of herbal tea, preferably in the evening before going to sleep, when you feel the need.
