MUSCULIFT TECHNIQUE

These are innovative, simple and quick techniques to optimize the effectiveness of the product. It is recommended to apply LIFTING SERIES products using this technique.

STEP 1: For the eyes

Massage slowly towards the temples.

STEP 2: For the eyes

Repeatedly pinch the area above and below the eyes.

STEP 3: For cheeks and mouth

Massage with an upward motion towards the ears.

STEP 4: For cheeks and mouth

Repeatedly pinch the skin on the top and sides of the cheeks and on both sides of the mouth.

STEP 5: For the contour of the face

Apply light pressure to these three points along the lymph glands around the face. Then press by massaging the neck slowly from top to bottom.

STEP 6: For the contour of the face

Place the palm of your hand on either side of your face for 3-5 seconds until you feel the heat.
