Adhesive Plate

CE medical device. Adhesive plates, with mechanical attachment system for SenSura Mio bags for columus and ileostomy and for SenSura Mio bags for urostomy. They have 4 slots for attaching a special BRAVAR support belt. The plate is oval in shape with an attachment flange for the bag. The plate is available in the cut-out version. The adhesive is elastic, consisting of two layers; it has an oval shape and its structure is reticular to ensure safety and protection to the skin. It is also designed to ensure elasticity to follow the movements and shapes of the body:
- In the upper layer the special lattice structure incorporates small hydrocolloids: in contact with the manure it transforms into a cohesive and compact gel, with high resistance to erosion. This creates a protective seal that reduces the onset of infiltrations.
- In the lower layer, the lattice structure incorporates large hydrocolloids that guarantee excellent absorption capacity and the creation of a humid environment that favors tissue repair. The polymeric mesh, here softer, allows this layer to adapt perfectly to the irregularities of the skin while offering a high instant adhesion. This layer has a composition capable of guaranteeing elasticity, so that the adhesive follows the movements and shapes of the body in the best possible way.
- The adhesive is available in a version that can be cut to the desired size (following the guide printed on the silicone paper that protects the adhesive surface).
- The sticker has a simple cutting guide: the cutting circles are soft, there are different cutting sizes with strong contrast for users with poor vision, the circles do not intersect.
- SenSura has a very visible adhesive removal tab, with an easy thumb-shaped grip.
Disposable product. It does not contain latex. It does not contain phthalates.
