SenSura Mio Convex Flip Coloplast - Ileostomy Bag

One-piece bag indicated in the collection of manure of subjects with ileostomy.

The bag has an open bottom.

The Hideaway closure system allows you to fold the closure on itself and stop it with the two side flaps and on a velcro point positioned under the fabric. This guarantees maximum discretion of the bag which sees its dimensions reduced.
The bag in the inspectable version is in innovative Ökotex fabric.
Inspection consists of an opening under which there is a transparent film that allows you to view the stoma. The back is woven. The color of the bag is innovative and discreet, specially designed not to be visible under clothing. The transparent bags allow a complete visibility of the contents in the front part, while on the back they are covered with fabric for greater comfort in contact with the skin.

The adhesive, designed thanks to BodyFit Technology, is elastic, newly designed and made up of two layers; has the shape of a five-petal star and its elastic structure guarantees adhesion, safety and protection of the skin:

• In the innermost layer the special lattice structure incorporates small hydrocolloids: in contact with the manure it transforms into a cohesive and compact gel, with high resistance to erosion. This creates a protective seal that reduces the onset of infiltrations together with the maintenance of the correct skin moisture gradient, favoring tissue repair;
• In the part closest to the stoma, the adhesive is equipped with a ring that gives stability and support to the stoma;
• In the outermost layer the elastic capacity of the adhesive allows this layer to adapt perfectly to the irregularities of the skin, offering a high instant adhesion and consequent safety in use.

The product has a turquoise colored sticker removal tab to make it more visible, and with an easy thumb-shaped grip.
The bag is equipped with a new circular filtration system. The filter consists of a very large and circular pre-filter area that allows it to block any type of effluent before it comes into contact with the filter membranes. This allows you to prevent obstruction. The filter is in activated carbon positioned inside the bag itself in the front part under the inspectionable pocket and ensures deodorization.
