SenSura Mio Click

CE medical device. Adhesive plates, with mechanical fastening system for SenSura Mio bags for colo and ileostomy and for SenSura Mio bags for urostomy. They have 4 buttonholes for attaching a special BRAVAR support belt. The plate is oval in shape with an attachment flange for the bag. The plate is available in the cuttable version. The adhesive is elastic, formed in two layers; it has an oval shape and its structure is reticular to ensure safety and protection of the skin. It is also designed to guarantee elasticity to follow the movements and shapes of the body:
- In the upper layer, the special reticular structure incorporates small hydrocolloids: in contact with the manure it transforms into a cohesive and compact gel, with high resistance to erosion. This creates a protective seal which reduces the occurrence of infiltrations.
- In the lower layer, the reticular structure incorporates large hydrocolloids which guarantee excellent absorption capacity and the creation of a humid environment which favors tissue repair. The polymer network, which is softer here, allows this layer to adapt perfectly to the irregularities of the skin while offering high instantaneous adhesiveness. This layer has a composition capable of guaranteeing elasticity, so that the adhesive best follows the movements and shapes of the body.
- The sticker is available in a version that can be cut to the desired size (following the guide printed on the silicone paper that protects the adhesive surface).
- The sticker has a simple cut guide: the cut circles are soft, they show different cut sizes with strong contrasts for users with low eyesight, the circles do not intersect.
- SenSura has a highly visible adhesive removal tab, with easy thumb grip.
