The safety of a double layer protection. One-piece closed SenSura® combines the unique SenSura® double-layer adhesive with a comfortable and discreet pouch for maximum security and discretion.

With SenSura® one-piece closed, the SenSura® double-layer adhesive is an integral part of the pouch. To replace the pouch, the entire device is removed and replaced.

SenSura® closed one-piece is available with flat or convex adhesive plates. The wide assortment consists of pre-cut or cut-out formats for maximum customization, equipped with bags in different formats available in transparent and opaque versions, with or without inspection window. The inspection window is a transparent window that facilitates the positioning of the adhesive around the stoma, combining the discretion of an opaque pouch with the convenience of a window.

Convex plate, for difficult to manage ostomies

SenSura® one-piece closed is available with Convex Light. The Convex Light Oval Shaped Adhesive Plate is designed specifically for stomas that are difficult to manage (for example, a stoma that is flush, retracted, or located in a skin fold). Apply light direct pressure to the peristomal skin to reduce the risk of leakage by allowing the stoma to protrude. For more information on Convex Light, consult your stoma nurse.
