Serenesi ESI - Gluten Free Food Supplement for mental well-being
Food supplement based on plant extracts of ashwagandha, lavender, lemon balm and hop, with magnesium and L-theanine (amino acid naturally contained in green tea leaves).
Ashwagandha root has tonic-adaptogenic properties and is a tonic in case of physical and mental fatigue, useful for relaxation and mental well-being.
Lemon balm also promotes relaxation and mental well-being and maintains the tone of the mood.
Hops and lavender promote relaxation in case of stress.
Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
It does not contain artificial colors, preservatives and GMOs.

How to use
2 capsules a day, one in the morning and one in the early afternoon, with plenty of water.
