Serenesi ESI - Gluten Free Food Supplement

Food supplement based on plant extracts of ashwagandha, lavender, lemon balm and hop, with magnesium and L-theanine (amino acid naturally contained in green tea leaves).
Ashwagandha root has tonic-adaptogenic properties and is a tonic in case of physical and mental fatigue, useful for relaxation and metal well-being.
Lemon balm also promotes relaxation and mental well-being and maintains the mood.
Hops and lavender promote relaxation in case of stress.
Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Red apple flavor.
Contains no added sugars, artificial flavors, artificial colors and GMOs.

How to use

Shake before using.
2 ml per day (using the graduated dropper), as it is or diluted in a little water.
