Serenesi NOTTE ESI - Gluten Free Food Supplement

Food supplement based on melatonin and ashwagandha elavanda plant extracts.
Ashwagandha root (withania) has tonic-adaptogenic properties, it is greasy in case of physical and mental fatigue, useful for relaxation and mental well-being.
Lavender promotes relaxation and sleep in case of stress.
Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep and alleviate the effects of jet lag.
Lemon taste.
Contains no added sugars, artificial flavors, artificial colors and GMOs.

Ingrediants

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera L. Dunal) root hydroglycerine extract 1/2 D / E, lavender (Lavandula officinalis Chaix) flowers eg D / E 1/2, melatonin, purified water; stabilizer: glycerol; polyoxyethylene sorbitan monoleate; acidifier: citric acid, natural flavor; preservatives: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate.

How to use

1-2 ml per day (using the graduated dropper), as it is or diluted in a little water, in the evening before going to bed.
