Serenotte® SPECCHIASOL - Gluten Free Food Supplement
Food supplement useful for promoting sleep thanks to Escolzia. Melatonin facilitates the falling asleep phase. Serenotte also contains L-theanine.
Ingrediants
Bulking agents: cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropylcellulose; escolzia (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) aerial part eg titrated at 0.2% total alkaloids expressed as protopine, L-theanine, red poppy (Papaver rhoeas L.) flowers eg; anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; corn starch, flavoring, melatonin.

How to use
To reduce the time required to fall asleep, we recommend taking 1 tablet (corresponding to 1 mg of melatonin) with a little water before going to bed.
