- Linden The dry extract of the inflorescences of the Linden is useful for promoting relaxation in case of stress and sleep.
- Passiflora Passiflora Incarnata is a plant whose aerial parts contain Vitexin, a substance useful for promoting mental well-being, relaxation in case of stress and sleep.
- Escolzia Escolzia Californica is a plant whose dry extract contains protopin, a substance useful for promoting relaxation in case of stress and sleep.
- Griffonia The dry extract of Griffonia Simplicifolia seeds is useful for promoting the maintenance of a normal mood, mental well-being, relaxation in case of stress, control of hunger, sleep.
- Magnesium and Vitamins of group B Magnesium and vitamins of group B can be useful for promoting the physiological functionality of the nervous system.

How to use Serenova Food Supplement
We recommend taking 1 capsule a day to be swallowed with a generous sip of water. To promote a physiological night's sleep it is recommended to take it half an hour before going to bed.
