Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin just before bedtime. Magnesium contributes to the normal psychological function and normal functioning of the nervous system, while the dry extract of Giuggiolo promotes relaxation, sleep and mental well-being.

Seeds es tit. 2% in triterpene saponins; Aroma; Melatonin MINIACTIVES® Retard (Melatonin, Sucrose, Corn starch, Stabilizer: Hydroxypropylcellulose, Coating agent: Shellac, Anti-caking agent: Talc); Acidifier: Citric acid; Anti-caking agent: Silicon dioxide; Sweetener: Sucralose; Dye: Beta-carotene; Melatonin.

METHOD OF USE

It is recommended to dissolve 1 stick in a glass of water in the evening just before bedtime. Concentrated product in stick to be consumed after reconstitution in 200 ml of water (equal to a glass full of water).
