Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin just before bedtime. Magnesium contributes to the normal psychological function and normal functioning of the nervous system, while the dry extract of Giuggiolo promotes relaxation, sleep and mental well-being.

INGREDIANTS

Maltodextrin; Sweeteners: Mannitol, Sucralose, Neoesperidina DC; Acidifier: Citric Acid; Magnesium Hydroxide; Jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Miller, semen) dry extract; L-Theanine; Magnolia (Magnolia officinalis Rehder., Cortex) titrated dry extract; Flavors; Anti-caking agents: Polyethylene glycol, Polyvinylipolipyrrolidone, Silicon dioxide; Melatonin.

METHOD OF USE

It is recommended to dissolve 1 sachet in a glass of water in the evening before going to bed. Concentrated product in sachet to be consumed after reconstitution in 200 ml of water (equal to a full glass of water).
