Based on L-THEANINE, VEGETABLE EXTRACTS and MELATONIN

Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin just before bedtime. The dry extract of Giuggiolo promotes relaxation, sleep and mental well-being.

INGREDIANTS

Water, Thickener: Glycerol; L-Theanine, Aroma, Magnolia (Magnolia officinalis Rehder & Wilson, bark) eg, Jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill., Seeds) eg, Acidity regulator: Citric Acid; Melatonin, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate.

METHOD OF USE

It is recommended to take 10 drops of the product (which provide 1 mg of Melatonin), just before going to bed, diluted in a little water (50 ml). Shake the bottle well before each use.
