Oil obtained by pressing Sesame seeds [Sesamum indicum L. (Fam. Pedaliaceae)], very rich in unsaturated fatty acids, phytosterols and lecithins. Clear, light yellow in color, despite the high unsaturation it is relatively stable to atmospheric agents.
